- EWEllie WillansApr 22, 20265.0i took my cats here for a pre-op and i couldn’t have been happier with my experience. charlotte on reception is absolutely lovely and so welcoming! the vet, elysia, was the one checking over my boys and she couldn’t have been nicer. so kind and caring and open to any questions or concerns we had. i was very nervous going to this appointment from vet experiences i’ve had before (at different places) and have left feeling a million times more comfortable and confident that my boys are in safe and loving hands. my cats also absolutely loved elysia and were very sad to go back in their travel case to go home 🤣 10/10 vets! i will definitely be going back, if needed, in the future <3
